Agile promises us high-performing, self-organising teams but they don’t always seem to happen in practice. In complex, political enterprises the challenges are even harder.
In this Webinar, we’ll explore some of the failure modes of Agile teams and what you can do to prevent them. We’ll gain a deeper insight into the mechanisms that Agile is using and extract the fundamental principles of team performance. You’ll learn practical approaches for managing teams and for creating an organisational environment that supports the growth of successful teams.

Hi Paul.
What a great webinar and love your presentation, great content and presented very clearly.
I recognize all the reasons for failure that you mentioned in your presentation it happened all in the NHS Trust I used to work for. The interesting thing is that they tried to implement the lean model and my manager at the time only got to implement the environmental site- the most crucial part i.e. the engagement and building openness, rapport and Trust within the teams never happened despite numerous requests from my side- and then the team facilitator I had in mind left the Trust. It took me a long time to realise that I was a high performer trapped in a low performing Team.
I think that it would be great if you could be led loose on an NHS environment!
I will keep you in mind if my project comes off and we can start implementing a more systemic approach!
Cheers Sioelan
